They never told me they couldn't match the existing paint on the rest of the car. "I was very unsatisfied with the paint job that was done on the body part they replaced. As a bonus, Bobby offered to clean my car on the inside and outside without even being asked….which I very much appreciated!! / would recommend, these guys took such great care of me and my vehicle." I was back on the road in just a couple days. The whole process was super speedy and smooth. He was extremely informative and always took time out of day to keep me updated on when parts would arrive. Bobby was my service repair guy and did such an amazing job communicating with me thought the process. "I went to Caliber Collision to have my car repaired. They didn't paint my car correctly (left bubbles on paint job) and they put my car emblems on crooked left my car dirty inside and one of my panels from inside my car was falling out. I should of went elsewhere regret taking my car here for repairs. They weren't professional in repairing my car only reason I went here was because my insurance recommended me. We've emailed Caliber three times, as requested, and have yet to receive any sort of feedback or follow-up."Don't go here bad service. The place was clean and very professional, they took all the right Covid precautions and John was very responsive and did a great job keeping me in the loop.
This past week I needed a repair that was not due to an accident but did need to be. I have always found them both helpful and professional. I have used caliber collision over the years. They painted the parts of our car needing repair. Oy, where to start? How about the end result. The part that was needed was not available but they kept us posted about the status of the job. They were professional and did an outstanding job.
